VV report for obsid 16709 - GRS 1915+105

Comments: warning: due to inclusion of flight grade 66 (a feature of ciao 4.8.1), there is spurious background beyond about 9A. But this source is heavily absorbed, so it should not be an issue. (to be fixed in upcoming ciao patch)
